School Visioning Sessions

I work with school leaders to help them articulate their mission/vision statement for their school. Then, together we create guiding principles for your school to guide strategic planning, budgetary decisions, and curriculum choices. This process is designed to articulate the unique cultural strengths of YOUR school. Final products include presentation-ready graphics of your guiding principles for your website and brochures, as well as next steps for transforming your school.
